Sujata Date
Founder
Sujata is an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI)–certified Primary Montessori Directress (3–6 years) and works closely with children aged 2 to 6 years at our school. Her journey into Montessori and Early Childhood Education began after the birth of her child, inspiring a deep passion for nurturing young learners. Prior to her Montessori training, Sujata brings over 12 years of corporate experience, having worked with organizations such as Oracle and Aviva across Singapore, India, and the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University, blending strong analytical skills with her thoughtful, child-centered approach to education.

Abhishek Date
Founder
Abhi is an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI)–certified Elementary Montessori Director (6–12 years) and works with children in the elementary age group at our school. His passion for Montessori education developed through his close association with Seriously Addictive Mathematics (SAM), a Singapore-based mathematics program, where his love for mathematics naturally extended into working with young minds. Prior to completing his Montessori training, Abhi brings over 20 years of corporate experience across India, Singapore, the Philippines, and Dubai, with expertise spanning marketing, sales, franchising, and logistics. He holds an MBA from SP Jain and a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University.

Hetal Shah
Founding Member
Hetal Shah is an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI)– certified assistant to primary(3-6 year) trained adult and regularly offers art lessons to elementary children. With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Hetal brings strong people skills and a deep understanding of community building into her work. A trained fashion designer, she has a lifelong passion for the arts, and her interest in education grew from her love of creating meaningful communities. At Savi Montessori, Hetal works closely with parents, supporting strong home–school partnerships and enriching the learning environment for children.
